Salvation Jane In The Flinders

This landscape is captured from a road in the Flinders Rangers. I was instantly drawn to the wild flowers (Salvation Jane) vivid purple on the side of the ranges. I chose a softer palette drawing the viewer into the painting, with this dramatic sky.
